Leap Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to represent our Georgetown boutique with enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset. You will engage customers, deliver personalized recommendations, and help drive store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support daily operations, merchandising, and inventory tasks while opening/closing as needed. Flexibility for peak periods and a proactive team player attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of golf is required, including current events in the sport.
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills for engaging diverse customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and share brand stories confidently.
• Team-oriented mindset to support store priorities and collaboration.
• Willingness to handle opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
