Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and with a smile
• Increase personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels sales standards
• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain its benefits
• Engage with customers and assist in buying decisions
• Demonstrate passion for our products
• Attend product training and store meetings
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Assist with freight and stocking as needed
• Perform basic math and interpret data
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Demonstrate product usage and retrieve products from heights over 6 ft

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, with 1-3 months sales experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old

Schedule
