Job summary

Colonial Heritage Club is seeking a friendly, energetic Bag Drop Attendant to join our Golf Operations team. You will greet Members and Guests, assist with golf bags, stage and maintain carts, and ensure a smooth start and finish to each round.

Responsibilities include bag drop assistance, cart detailing, washing range balls and towels, and transporting bags to storage or events. Evening/weekend shifts are common during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Golf knowledge or experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and Guests with friendly, professional demeanor.
• Retrieve golf bags and load onto carts.
• Assist at the bag drop with directions and information.
• Stage and maintain clean, ready-to-play golf carts.
• Detail carts and prepare clubs for pickup.
• Wash range balls and towels daily.
• Transport bags to and from Club Storage and events.
• Work evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
