Job summary

Palm-Aire Golf Club is seeking a friendly, dependable Bag Drop Attendant for a part-time role. You will greet members, assist with loading/unloading golf bags, and help keep the bag drop area organized throughout busy days.

Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, value teamwork, and provide excellent service to members and guests. Weekend, early morning, and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.

• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift golf bags/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with unloading and loading golf bags from vehicles.
• Transport and organize bags in the bag drop and staging areas.
• Assist with golf cart staging and ensure carts are clean, organized, and ready for play.
• Help guests locate their golf carts and bags as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat bag drop area and surroundings.
• Assist with moving golf carts to and from designated areas.
• Provide directions and direct members/guests to the appropriate department.
• Assist the Golf Shop and outside golf operations team with daily tasks.
• Report damaged equipment, safety concerns, or member/guest issues to management.
• Follow all ClubLink and Palm-Aire Golf Club safety and service procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
