Job summary

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina in Cambridge, MD is seeking a Golf Attendant - Outside for the seasonal period ending November 2026. The role supports the golf operation by handling equipment, assisting guests, and maintaining cart barn cleanliness to ensure a premier guest experience.

Responsibilities include learning golf procedures, helping guests move and store equipment, starting and pacing play, and delivering friendly service at the driving range and staging area.

Qualifications

• Lift a moderate amount of weight.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Summary

This Seasonal role will end November 2026.

The Golf Attendant - Outside plays a critical role in the success of the overall golf experience in the eyes of our guests and members. It is critically important that you realize that you are the first and last impression of the golf operation. Superb, personalized service and name recognition are of the utmost importance in providing an unparalleled golf experience. In addition, the carts, the bag drop, the staging area, the practice areas, and the surrounding grounds must be maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness.
