DICK'S Sporting Goods in Tulsa, OK is looking for enthusiastic store teammates to greet customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right gear. You will uphold merchandising standards, assist with price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment to ensure a clean, inviting store.

You will promote loyalty programs, maintain safety and loss-prevention policies, support the team, and contribute to an inclusive, respectful environment for teammates and customers alike.

Formación

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, reach, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets and signage.
• Promote programs such as loyalty sign-ups, warranty sales, and card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company info.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution

standards, and ability to prioritize.

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.

• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor

  sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.

• Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales,

  private label credit card enrollment, etc.).

• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.

• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.

• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior retail experience preferred.

• Golf industry experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).

• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
