Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Experienced Underground Frontline Supervisor for our Goldstrike operations. The successful candidate will lead the Underground Frontline team, ensure adherence to mine plans, and drive safe, efficient equipment operation through coaching and supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of underground mine experience required.
• Minimum of three (3) years' supervisory experience required.
• Proven knowledge of underground hard rock mining required.
• Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to supervise and direct underground supervision required.
• Excellent safety and performance record required.
• The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Frontline Supervisor at our Goldstrike operations. As part of the Underground Operations team, the ideal candidate will have proven knowledge of underground hard rock mining.
