Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Restaurant Server for Gold Dust West Reno. This role supports the Grille and dining areas with guest service, menu knowledge, and timely beverage and food service.

The position emphasizes staying current on promotions and policies, maintaining professional appearance, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive guest experience. Benefits programs and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Follow written and oral instructions.

• Basic computer knowledge and cash handling.
• Knowledge of Infogenesis and Patron systems is helpful.
• Identification that establishes identity.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation & promotions.
• Maintain a clean work area, professional appearance, and present positive customer service techniques.
• Provide service to guests while dining.
• Assist Busser in pre-bussing of tables.
• Set up or close of wait station.
• Clean stations and tables.
• Complete daily side work.
• Assist guests with questions regarding activities on the property.
• Practice TIPS awareness and the responsible serving of alcohol.
