Base pay ranges $19.00–$20.00 per hour, with full-time, non-exempt status and benefits such as tuition reimbursement, holidays, vacation, and 401K. Must be Nevada-licensed and able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procedures and game rules across various games.
• Understanding of table games and dealer duties.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Building and keeping games full by player and dealer development.
• Chip inventory while games are in action.
• Tracking player wins and losses.
• Dealer rotations and accountability regarding room integrity.
• Adherence to House and Gaming rules and regulations.
• Coaching and developing dealers.
• Scheduling dealers to ensure player satisfaction.

• Knowledgeable in all procedures, rules, pay outs and game protection of the various game.
• Must have all the skills of a dealer and an understanding of all Table Games
• Basic computer skills
