Qualifications

• Professional goalkeeper coaching experience in a professional or elite environment.
• USSF Goalkeeper License and USSF A or B license; active pursuit considered.
• Experience with video analysis platforms (Hudl, Wyscout, Spiideo).
• Experience in scouting, recruitment, and talent evaluation.
• Strong goalkeeper methodology and match analysis expertise.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary high‑performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver GK training sessions aligned with the club's playing model.
• Prepare goalkeepers for matchdays and game-specific planning.
• Lead goalkeeper video analysis and opponent scouting.
• Support recruitment through talent evaluation.
• Collaborate with Head Coach and performance staff.
• Contribute to roster planning and performance analysis.
