Job summary

FC Dallas in Frisco, Texas seeks a Full-Time Academy Goalkeeper Coach to identify, develop, and elevate goalkeepers within the academy pathway. This role focuses on preparing goalkeepers to reach their highest potential, with the long-term objective of producing elite-level professionals capable of progressing to the first team and beyond.

Qualifications

• Previous experience playing at a high level (D1 college, USL, MLS, etc.) required.
• US Soccer B License (or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate goalkeeper training sessions aligned with FC Dallas methodology and playing philosophy.
• Prepare and coach goalkeepers for all training sessions and matches.
• Develop and implement IDPs tailored to each goalkeeper
• Ensure GK integration within team systems in collaboration with Academy Head Coaches.
• Maintain documentation including training plans, evaluations, and match reports.
