Qualifications

• Passion for developing student-athletes in soccer and personal growth.
• Current coaching certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and child safety training.
• Strong understanding of modern goalkeeper techniques and tactical principles.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead goalkeeper-specific training for JVB, JVA, and Varsity athletes.
• Develop handling, diving, footwork, positioning, distribution, and shot stopping.
• Train tactical decision-making, game management, and defensive organization.
• Evaluate performance and provide individualized feedback to players.
• Collaborate with Head Coach to integrate goalkeeper training into team strategy.
• Attend practices, matches, meetings, and post-season events.
• Analyze game film to identify strengths and improvements.
• Foster a positive, disciplined team culture aligned with school values.
