• Implement participatory features like staking and governance.
• Develop and scale infrastructure across crypto-networks.
• Support assets through upgrades and monitor for network-wide issues.
• Collaborate across the stack and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Balance progress with measurement and maintain testing discipline.
