Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Go-to-Market Program Manager to own the Blink Offline GTM experience across major retail partners. You will translate Sales-defined assortment decisions into launch-ready execution plans, determine retailer-specific content, packaging specs, and timeline sequencing to accelerate speed-to-market.

In this role you will build AI-enabled tools, manage the product lifecycle, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Creative and Legal to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Offline GTM roadmap and determine launch sequencing for each retailer.
• Translate assortment plans into actionable GTM requirements and resolve blockers.
• Write product requirements and business cases for new GTM capabilities and AI tools.
• Maintain GTM roadmap alignment with quarterly priorities and trade-offs.
• Scope regional retailer expansion (Canada, Mexico) with Sales.
