Overview

We are seeking a Go-To-Market Performance Manager (Hybrid) to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia!

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

Momentive Software seeks an experienced, self-directed, motivated person to help build and implement our world-class enablement program. This individual will influence the development, monitoring, and assessment of our programs for the Business Development team at all levels. This role reports to the Vice-President of Go-To-Market Performance and works directly with the Director of Business Development to partner with cross-functional teams to empower sales development.

A Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with Subject-Matter Experts to develop content for programs
  • Develop ongoing education programs supporting SDRs throughout their lifecycle
  • Assist with learning programs supporting events like GTM Kickoff, QBRs, etc.
  • Coordinate with HR, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing for SDR onboarding
  • Establish evaluation programs to measure effectiveness
  • Construct e-learning courses for on-demand learning
  • Update job aids to improve productivity
  • Support manager development and coaching techniques
  • Provide empowerment recommendations for sales and marketing leadership

We are looking for someone who brings

  • Education and Experience
  • 2+ years of selling experience (SDR, BDR, BDR Manager)
  • Proven facilitator and content writer
  • Understanding of Adult Learning Theory (preferred)
  • Experience in eLearning development (preferred)
  • Experience in high-tech environment (preferred)
  • Proficient in Office Suite, Salesforce, SalesLoft, 6 Sense
  • Characteristics:
  • Proactive, motivated, strategic thinker with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and research skills
  • Values professionalism, integrity, and discretion

Work Environment and Flexibility

Hybrid schedule at our Atlanta office (3 Ravinia Dr), with remote options on Mondays and Fridays.
