Overview

We are seeking a Go-To-Market Performance Manager (Hybrid) to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia!

Position Summary

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Momentive Software seeks an experienced, self-directed, motivated person to help build and implement our world-class enablement program. This individual will influence the development, monitoring, and assessment of programs for the Business Development team at all levels. This role reports to the Vice-President of Go-To-Market Performance and collaborates with the Director of Business Development and cross-functional teams to empower sales development teams.

A Day in the Life

  1. Collaborate with Subject-Matter Experts to develop content for programs.
  2. Create ongoing education programs for all roles within the Business Development Organization, supporting SDRs throughout their lifecycle.
  3. Assist with learning programs supporting events like GTM Kickoff, QBRs, and other customer-facing initiatives.
  4. Coordinate with HR Recruiting, Revenue Operations, and Sales & Marketing to ensure smooth SDR onboarding.
  5. Develop evaluation programs to measure program effectiveness.
  6. Construct e-learning courses that are instructionally sound for on-demand use.
  7. Review and update job aids to improve productivity.
  8. Support manager development within the organization.
  9. Promote effective coaching techniques aligned with organizational strategy.
  10. Provide empowerment recommendations for sales and marketing leadership.

What We Are Looking For

Education and Experience

  • At least 2 years of selling experience (SDR, BDR, BDR Manager).
  • Proven facilitator and content writer.
  • Understanding of Adult Learning Theory (preferred).
  • Knowledge of eLearning development principles (preferred).
  • Experience in high-tech environments (preferred).
  • Proficient in Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Experience with SalesLoft, Salesforce, 6 Sense is a strong plus.
