Job summary

Marketbridge, a Boston-based agency partner to B2B brands, seeks a capable Project Manager to lead client projects end-to-end, coordinating Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Media, Technology and Operations. You will plan, schedule, resource and deliver marketing initiatives on time and within budget.

You will manage expectations, flag risks early, prepare estimates and status reports, and ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Experience or familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, resourcing, and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Ensure projects run on time, on budget, and on brief; manage roadblocks.
• Prepare estimates, documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Align with internal processes and craft experts to deliver high-quality work.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure realistic briefs and timelines.
• Support profitability by effective project management and delivery.
• Partner with Client Success to present solutions, flag scope/budget risks early, and communicate clearly with clients.
