Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
12+ years in go-to-market leadership roles such as Product Management, Sales, Sales Acceleration, Customer Success, or Marketing.
Industry experience in the AI and agentic market, SaaS exposure.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies and operating frameworks.
Translate strategy into initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Operate GTM frameworks for agentic platform across markets with Product and GTM teams.
Drive demand, pipeline and revenue through partners with regional leaders.
Define governance models and KPIs for GTM programs.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Customer Success.
