With a growing team of over 50 employees nationwide, Vaulted has signed a $58.3 million offtake agreement with Frontier and completed a $32 million Series A funding round in 2024. Our proprietary technology leverages decades of expertise to deliver safe, durable carbon and waste management solutions at scale.

About the Role

Vaulted has an aggressive development plan for new sites. The speed of scaling our Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) generation depends on sourcing organic waste and new sites efficiently. The GTM Strategy Manager will lead the development and execution of Vaulted’s GTM strategy, with responsibilities including:

  • Developing go-to-market strategies for waste partnerships
  • Formulating state-level strategies for project development
  • Positioning Vaulted to waste and land partners
  • Conducting one-off analyses
  • Leading cross-functional projects involving business development, regulatory, site development, operations, and commercialization teams
  • Supporting individual deals with positioning, financial analysis, and executive presentations
  • Performing financial and market analyses for sites through the project development process
  • Creating tools to enhance Vaulted’s go-to-market efficiency
  • Standardizing playbooks, tools, and templates to improve operational efficiency
  • Representing Vaulted at waste industry and partner conferences
  • Engaging in special projects and tiger teams as needed

Internal Communications and Culture (15%)

  • Planning and leading BD team events (e.g., lunch-and-learns, offsites)
  • Developing materials and representing the BD team at Vaulted’s all-hands and offsites
  • Modeling Vaulted’s culture internally and externally

What You Will Bring

To succeed, the GTM Strategy Manager should possess relentless drive, hustle, and a deep sense of urgency. The role requires managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and delivering rapid results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience, including 2+ in climate-tech, energy, infrastructure BD, or consulting
  • Ability to define and rigorously execute strategies
  • Proven success in high-growth environments, comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to accomplish specific projects
  • Experience working with or in fast-paced sales or BD teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of positioning and messaging
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in financial modeling
  • Experience managing small teams and third-party consultants
  • MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
