Job summary

Revelyst, based in Bozeman, MT, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Enablement Coordinator for a temporary 2-3 month contract to support our Outdoor Performance brands by ensuring go-to-market readiness, maintaining sales resources, and driving cross-functional coordination.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Brand and internal teams to manage calendars, timelines, and materials, publish programs and promotions, and help with customer setup requests, asset delivery, and process improvements

Qualifications

• Proven success working in a fast-paced sales or sales support environment.
• Strong collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships that foster accountability and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments to drive go-to-market readiness.
• Serve as the primary liaison for go-to-market initiatives across teams.
• Create and maintain calendars, timelines, and checklists for go-to-market efforts.
• Publish sales programs, price lists, promotions, and offers.
• Organize go-to-market materials in shared locations.
• Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, and Sales to meet asset requirements.
• Maintain key account agreements and vendor documents.
• Assist sales with customer setup forms and product information requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements with leadership.
• Support planning and alignment of sample orders.
• Provide cross-functional support to the Sales Enablement team.
