Job summary

CereCore is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Go Live Support Team member to deploy MEDITECH Expanse EHR systems across HCA facilities. You will travel, collaborate, and provide hands-on go-live and end-user support to ensure successful adoption of the system.

The role emphasizes inpatient workflow expertise, IV and dispensing system experience, and the ability to work on site during go-live events, including night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Active U.S.-based Pharmacy Technician license or registration as required by state regulations.
• Recent inpatient pharmacy technician experience is required.
• Experience with inpatient workflows, IV processing, and automated dispensing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site go-live support for MEDITECH Expanse implementations at multiple facilities.
• Participate in workflow decisions and end-user trainings.
• Deliver end-user guidance and troubleshooting during go-live and stabilization phases.
