Job summary

Gilder Search Group is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Go Live Support Team member to assist with implementing MEDITECH Expanse EHR systems. This role requires strong inpatient pharmacy operational skills and extensive travel across the United States. You'll provide on-site support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure user adoption during the go-live phases. Ideal candidates should have a U.S. Pharmacy Technician license, recent inpatient experience, and excellent communication skills. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Active U.S.-based Pharmacy Technician certification/license in good standing.
• Recent inpatient pharmacy technician experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with inpatient pharmacy workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite go-live support for MEDITECH implementation projects.
• Assist end users with navigation and troubleshooting.
• Support adoption efforts during high-volume go-live periods.
