Job summary

CereCore is leading healthcare technology solutions, delivering MEDITECH EHR go-live support across HCA Healthcare facilities. This role targets inpatient pharmacists with strong operational workflow knowledge, end-user support, and EHR experience.

The Pharmacist Go Live Specialist will travel extensively to client sites, provide on-site go-live assistance, participate in trainings, and support adoption of MEDITECH workflows and order management.

Qualifications

Active U.S.-based Pharmacist license in good standing.
Hands-on experience with inpatient medication workflows including ordering, dispensing, IV workflows, and automated dispensing systems (e.g., Pyxis).
Experience working in Electronic Health Record (EHR) environments; MEDITECH experience preferred but not required.
Ability to provide go-live support activities (on-site, end-user guidance, issue triage).
Willingness to travel nationwide to client sites and work night shifts during go-live periods.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to provide onsite go-live support for MEDITECH Expanse implementations across HCA Healthcare facilities.
Participate in workflow decisions and trainings.
Offer at-the-elbow support during go-live phases for system navigation and troubleshooting.
Support onsite pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nurses, and other end users with medication workflows in the EHR.
Assist with issue triage, escalation, and resolution during activation events.
Document issues and resolutions clearly for knowledge transfer.
Stay updated on MEDITECH advancements and industry trends.
Provide guidance on inpatient pharmacy workflows including IV workflows and order management.
