You will analyze data, reproduce issues, and collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Support to deliver reliable positioning technologies in mission-critical environments. Travel, including international, is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Geomatics, Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of GNSS, positioning systems, embedded systems, or navigation tech experience.
• Strong GNSS knowledge: positioning modes, corrections, antennas, RF paths.
• Experience with hardware integration, GNSS modules, or embedded designs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, R, Bash, or Lua scripting.
• Excellent written and verbal English, customer-facing communications.
• Willingness to travel, including international travel.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support for NovAtel GNSS receivers, antennas, firmware, correction services, and GNSS/INS systems.
• Support evaluations, integrations, troubleshooting, field investigations, demonstrations, and training.
• Analyze customer data, receiver logs, configurations, RF installations, and field conditions to diagnose issues.
• Reproduce, document, and escalate technical issues to Engineering with root-cause context.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, case notes, and internal knowledge.
• Support product testing, benchmarking, field trials, trade shows, and customer demonstrations as needed.
