Hexagon Autonomous Solutions, part of Hexagon Aerospace & Defense, is seeking a strategic Product Manager to define and bring to market critical antenna technology for positioning, navigation, timing and communication applications.

The role leads the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hexagon antennas across existing and new customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-performance setting.

Formación

• Must have a degree in Business, Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, hardware-focused, ideally related to drone/UAV.
• Applicants for ITAR/EAR controlled information must be US Persons or eligible to obtain authorization.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Antenna technology.
• Nice-to-have: 10+ years of B2B hardware experience.

Responsabilidades

• Long term vision, strategy and roadmap for Hexagon antennas for existing and new applications and customers.
• Work with cross-functional teams on development, go-to-market, and sustainment of the antenna portfolio.
• Create and evaluate business plans and market requirement documents to hit portfolio financial targets.
• Define requirements including use cases for new antenna products and technologies.
• Go-to-market strategy and marketing messaging for product collateral.
• Gather information and build consensus on business models, product positioning and pricing.
• Analyze and report portfolio KPIs to steer business decisions.
• Evaluate competitive products and technology trends.
• Accountable for success of new product launches.
• Travel for national and international customer visits to understand needs.
• Represent Hexagon at tradeshows and conferences.
