The Engineering Manager role requires steering flight engineering efforts, managing large multi-skilled teams, and delivering critical flight systems development.

You will oversee engineering activities, work with cross-functional teams, and drive program execution from design through testing and certification, with relocation support and competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role or completed Boeing leadership course.
• 5 years of experience in a Flight engineering discipline.
• 3 years of experience working in GNC related engineering.
• 3 years of Cross IPT Leadership and Coordination experience.
• Experience with Operational Flight Program (OFP) development, certification, and testing.
• Experience with Hardware in the loop (HILS) testing.

Responsabilités

• Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in Flight Engineering.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.
