AeroVironment offers a Summer Internship Program in the United States. The paid 12-week onsite internship focuses on GN&C, flight testing, software and hardware development, under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Participants will engage in hands-on aerospace projects, learn flight control systems, testing procedures, and system integration in a fast-paced R&D environment, with relocation/housing stipends possible depending on location.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or CS field.
• Coursework in GN&C, flight dynamics, control systems, embedded systems, or robotics.
• Strong interest in aircraft systems and GN&C.

Mansioni

• Assist in design and development of GN&C systems for aircraft projects.
• Support system testing including SIL/HIL environments and flight test prep.
• Help implement and test basic flight control algorithms.
• Participate in subsystem integration and data analysis activities.
• Support engineering documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering and test teams to troubleshoot solutions.
