Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a GNC Engineer in Logan, Utah, onsite. You will join the engineering department to support control systems development and localization solutions for unmanned vehicles.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration, designing, testing, and documenting control algorithms and publishing research findings with the team.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Controls and Localization.
• 4-7 years of industry experience in control systems development.
• Proficiency in StateSpace Control, Localization, and State-of-the-Art Controllers.
• Experience designing control and localization algorithms.
• Strong Python, C/C++, and ROS skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced controls and localization algorithms for ground vehicles.
• Model mechanical and electrical systems to simulate and verify control solutions.
• Assist in testing and debugging control implementations to ensure optimal performance.
• Document designs, analysis, and results in detailed reports.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to publish research findings.
