Shift options: Day shift 7am-3pm, Evening shift 3pm-11pm

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a GNA, you will:

• Participate in and receive resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal and nursing care according to the resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Respond to resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean, pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities inside and outside the center.
• Ensure all care is delivered respectfully and with dignity.
• Perform basic nursing procedures as required.
• Create a safe, comfortable environment and meet residents' needs.
• Address food service needs promptly and compassionately.
• Document activities of daily living, restorative programs, and resident-specific forms.
• Adhere to departmental, center, and corporate policies, quality standards, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Attend training, educational classes, and orientation to maintain certification and improve care quality.
• Perform other related activities as assigned.
