Location: Clinton Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies.

Starting Rate: $20.50 per hour.

Employment Type: Part Time.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal and nursing care as per care plans.
• Facilitate activities and respond to resident needs respectfully.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Assist with resident activities and ensure timely food service.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care activities.
• Adhere to policies, participate in training, and perform additional duties as assigned.
