Job summary

Pines Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to support our renewal of compassionate, dignified resident care. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and help ensure clear communication with the care team.

Full-time, PRN or part-time shifts are available. We offer daily pay, comprehensive health/dental/vision/Life Insurance, 401(k) & PTO, a referral program, up to $22/hour depending on experience, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for

Qualifications

• Maryland GNA certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with nursing care procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Communicate and document resident care with nurses, physicians, therapists, and families.

Geriatric Nursing Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Current Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification (GNA)
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Familiarity with nursing care procedures and terminology
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship, emotional comfort and support to residents
• Communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapist and families regarding resident care
