South Mountain Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate CNA1 Transportation Driver in Boonsboro, Maryland for a full-time daytime role. You will transport residents to medical appointments, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the journey.

A CNA1 certification, valid license, and CPR or willingness to obtain are required. Responsibilities include safely moving wheelchair-bound and ambulatory residents, coordinating with clinical teams, and maintaining a clean vehicle while following safety

• Effectively communicate with the clinical team and residents' families to ensure smooth transfers and updates
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols
• Be self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn and grow with our company
