Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience.
• Requires an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application.
• Demonstrated success managing leaders and multiple engineering teams with accountability for workforce execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering organization responsible for high-consequence GN&C delivery across programs and work streams.
• Develop and lead managers, technical leads, and engineers through performance management and staffing actions.
• Provide senior technical leadership for missile-based GN&C system development including guidance, autopilot, tracking, and verification.
