Job summary

TUSHY is seeking a Social Commerce and Creator Manager to scale revenue through TikTok Shop and Meta, building a creator and affiliate network. You’ll ensure content and partnerships drive measurable GMV while aligning with brand voice and strategic goals.

The role reports to Growth Lead with oversight from Brand Lead, and requires hybrid work with in-office presence in Dumbo, Brooklyn (NY) at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social commerce, e-commerce, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships; proven GMV growth on TikTok Shop.
• Experience building and managing an affiliate or creator network from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of TikTok- and Meta-native content that converts.
• Analytical rigor and accuracy; strong communication and relationship skills.
• Comfortable with rapid launches and bold bets; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own social commerce strategy across TikTok Shop and Meta to drive GMV.
• Build and manage creator and affiliate networks across platforms.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top creators; provide assets and incentives.
• Coordinate with agencies for product seeding and paid-channel efforts.
• Develop tiered earning models and incubation programs for creators.
• Manage TikTok Shop storefront and catalog optimization; analyze product performance.
• Build livestream commerce program; coach talent to convert on camera.
• Foster a creator community with events and launches to boost loyalty.
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Creative, CX to align promos with brand voice.
• Measure social shop sales; translate data into leadership recommendations.
• Stay ahead of platform features and trends to move first.
