Job summary

Aramark seeks a proactive Training Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and present Six Sigma (GMS) training for all employees. You will audit processes, relay findings to Safety Director, and cascade implementations with hands-on training across the resort.

Maintain calendars, onboarding for team leaders, and deliver workshops to managers. Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in education or management with 1–3 years in guest services or training, and strong MS365 skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of business and resort-related experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, high-energy service and teamwork.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver resort-wide GMS training.
• Complete hands-on training and audits.
• Maintain training calendar and onboarding/offboarding for team leads.
• Prepare reports and scorecards on GMS processes.
• Create training books and AV training aids.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
