Job summary

Haleon is hiring a Warehouse Associate in the United States to support inventory management and material handling in a GMP-regulated warehouse. You will operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) after training, record data, and help ensure production materials are available and properly labeled.

The role offers an entry-level path with opportunities to grow, including learning SAP and advancing to Level 2 ICM, while maintaining safety and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required. Entry-level role with preferred but not required prior experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
• PIT/forklift experience preferred; warehousing/manufacturing experience 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic inventory transactions and daily stock reconciliation.
• Monitor near-expiry materials and quarantine status in systems.
• Replenish materials to support production and ensure proper disposal of rejected materials.
• Enter receipt, inspection, and issuance data accurately and on time.
• Maintain safe, GMP‑compliant warehouse environment and track equipment.
• Learn and use SAP and other warehouse systems.
• Develop skills to progress to Level 2 ICM.
