Job summary

Haleon plc. is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to help manage raw and packing materials, receive, move, and track inventory in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. You will operate powered industrial trucks after training and learn SAP and other systems to support accurate data entry.

The role offers 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm, with starting pay of $24.50 per hour plus a 5% performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• This is an entry-level role; prior work experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
• PIT/forklift experience preferred.
• 6 months warehousing/manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic inventory transactions and daily stock reconciliation.
• Monitor near-expiry materials, deliveries, and quarantine status.
• Replenish materials to support production.
• Issue labeled materials to production and assist with disposal of rejects.
• Enter receipt, inspection, and issuance data accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, GMP-compliant warehouse environment.
• Track and maintain warehouse equipment.
