Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Oak Hill, WV to manage raw and packaging materials, receive, move, and track inventory using SAP and other systems. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and potential growth to Level 2 ICM.

You will operate powered industrial trucks after training, perform stock reconciliation, monitor near-expiry items, and help maintain GMP-compliant warehouse standards. Starting pay is $24.50/hour with a 5% performance bonus.

Qualifications

• This entry-level role requires a HS Diploma/GED and no prior experience is required, though forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic inventory transactions and daily stock reconciliation to support inventory accuracy
• Monitor near- expiry materials, deliveries, and the status of goods in Quarantine and manufacturing systems
• Replenish materials as needed to support production
• Issue clean, properly labeled materials to production and assist with proper disposal of rejected materials
• Enter receipt, inspection, and issuance data accurately and on time
• Support a safe, clean, and GMP-compliant warehouse environment
• Track and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure compliance and availability
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) after training
• Learn and use SAP and other warehouse systems
• Develop skills to progress to Level 2 ICM
• Maintain strong safety, attendance, and conduct standards

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help manage raw and packaging materials by receiving, moving, and tracking inventory throughout the warehouse. You will operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and ensure inventory data is accurately recorded in company systems.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of a HS Diploma/GED is required.
• This is an entry level position; prior work experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time is required.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm

Preferred Qualifications:

• PIT/forklift experience is preferred.
• 6 months warehousing or manufacturing experience preferred.
