Job summary

VictoGen seeks a Warehouse Manager (GMP Environment) to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain audit-ready documentation. You will lead receiving, storage, and shipping with real-time inventory controls and SOP implementation.

Responsibilities include safety enforcement, training staff, and coordinating with Quality and Procurement for discrepancies. OSHA compliance and forklift certifications are emphasized, with a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain real-time inventory updates and ensure accuracy of material movement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain GMP-compliant SOPs and documentation.
• Support internal audits, supplier audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Train personnel on SOPs, documentation standards, and safety protocols.
