Qualifications

• Equivalent Military Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute manufacturing processing steps and related activities.
• Support commissioning and qualification of equipment and staff onboarding.
• Assist the supervisor with shift huddles, escalations, and CI projects.
• Perform in-process testing and document results (pH, conductivity, visual).
• Lead cycle counts and materials management; provide training to juniors.
• Manage scheduling on the manufacturing floor; handle night/weekend shifts.
