Andelyn Biosciences, Inc. in Columbus, OH, seeks a Scientist II Production to learn and lead adeno-associated viral vector production under cGMP. You will oversee production teams, ensure quality, and coordinate daily GMP activities for clinical trial materials.

The role requires a four-year life sciences degree (or higher) with 3+ years in regulated biologics/gene therapy. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a commitment to safety and ALCOA documentation.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree or higher in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in biologics or gene therapy in regulated environments.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to train and lead staff in GMP operations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and lead operations in production of viral vectors for clinical trials.
• Perform GMP manufacturing activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Contribute to material inventory tracking and SOP updates.
• Train junior staff and ensure adherence to ALCOA documentation.
• Respond to alarms and maintain compliant, clean room conditions.
• Support CAPA processes and drive continuous improvement.
