Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support a leading pharmaceutical organization in Syracuse, NY. This temp-to-hire role offers a Monday–Friday 1st shift with a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour and responsibilities including loading/unloading, inventory control, and shipping coordination.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of warehousing experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a commitment to GMP compliance and safe operating

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least 1 year of warehousing experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within set timeframes
• Strong safety awareness and GMP compliance
• Effective communication and continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
• Cover Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Office for warehouse functions
• Complete NAV entries for receiving and inventory reconciliation
• Schedule shipments using UPS/FedEx and other platforms
• Drive a box truck to pick up materials from offsite warehouses
• Receive, select, and prepare materials for relocation to end users
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation
• Perform inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Inspect and process returned materials appropriately
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and adhere to SOPs/GMPs
• Participate in cross-training and project work
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Communicate delays or variances in shipments
