Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Production Technician I in Syracuse, NY to operate and maintain non-sterile production equipment, ensuring quality through gowning and aseptic practices. The role requires a high school diploma and offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

The position features a 4-day workweek (6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with possible OT as needed, and involves documenting activities, following procedures, and collaborating with a dedicated manufacturing team to meet

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, teamwork, basic math skills, and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including non-sterile filling, packaging, and labeling machines.
• Follow gowning, cleanliness, and aseptic techniques to ensure product quality.
• Document production activities and communicate with supervisors and departments clearly.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper waste disposal.
• Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and troubleshooting.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.50/hour

Shift: 4 days/week, 6 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday. Mandatory OT may require Monday - Friday .

What’s a typical day as Production Technician I? You’ll be:
