The Implementation Specialist, Life Sciences will bring ADIBOT UV-C disinfection robots into GMP environments, managing change control, qualification, and documentation, and training operators on site. You will own each life sciences account from purchase order through its first 90 days, collaborating with QA, Validation, Microbiology, Facilities, EHS, and Operations, as well as Customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, microbiology or biotechnology.
• 2–4 years of field-based, customer-facing technical work in pharma, biotech or medical device manufacturing.
• Knowing gowning; classified areas; GMP docs and ISO 14644/EU GMP Annex 1.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ and change control.
• Hands-on experience deploying or servicing complex machinery; on-site troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with environmental monitoring and cleaning validation.
• Clear technical writing for SOPs and training records.
• Willingness to travel ~60% including some weekends.

Responsabilités

• Plan deployments aligned with contamination control and change control.
• Assess site readiness (classified areas, airlocks, routes, charging, network access).
• Provide the technical package for change control and risk assessment inputs.
• Support QA on IQ/OQ/PQ and validation protocols on site.
• Advise on measurement options (dosimetry, cycle records) within approved claims.
• Explain how cycle records are generated, stored, and exported for QA.
• Train and certify operators in UV-C safety; help write SOPs and training records.
• Review fleet data with customers; identify bottlenecks and expansion opportunities.
• Notify customers of firmware updates and assist change assessment.
• Hand accounts to Customer Success at day 90 with open items and baseline usage.
• Bring learnings back to Product and Engineering.
