Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Recycle Tech to manage the recycle, reuse, and reclamation program at our facility in Tipp City, OH. This role emphasizes safe handling, forklift operations, and collaborative work with shifts that run on a 2-on/2-off and 3-on/3-off schedule.

You will collect, sort, and salvage recyclable materials, maintain logs, follow procedures, and ensure customer service standards while upholding environmental compliance. Prior recycling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; recycling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety rules.
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dock and collection areas.

Education and/ or Experience

High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of recycling experience in a company environment or equivalent combination of training and experience – preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license
• Completed all safety and task training certification
• May be required to be forklift certified
• May be required to have Hazardous Waste Handling Training per RCRA
• Completed all safety and task training certifications

Shifts And Compensation

2 days on 2 days off, 3 days on 3 days off:7pm - 7am

$17.00-$18.00 per hour
