Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks a Production Operator 1 to execute routine production for finished drug products in radiopharmaceuticals. You will work under a Production Supervisor to support clinical and commercial manufacturing, ensuring cGMP compliance and aseptic practices in a fast‑paced lab environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in a GMP setting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate in ISO-classified spaces.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience operating in a GMP‑regulated environment.
• High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience operating aseptically within ISO 7/Class C strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience manufacturing pharmaceuticals or medical devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute production of RayzeBio drug products (including raw material preparation, line clearance, formulation, filling, equipment/instrument setup) while ensuring compliance with cGMP, aseptic practice, and management expectations.
• Support and execute validation activities for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of CNC, ISO 8, ISO 7, and ISO 5 Isolators.
• Support process improvements, both internally and cross-functionally.
• Support department with inventory management, including cleaning supplies and PPE.
• Support day-to-day production operations, and upkeep of the production area.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs.
