Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, is hiring a Quality Control Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor at our Indianapolis facility. You will oversee daily QC microbiology activities supporting GMP radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Microbiology, Biology, or a related life science discipline required.
• Advanced degree (MS) preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a QC Microbiology or related laboratory within a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting sterile manufacturing and/or radiopharmaceutical operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QC Microbiology activities including sterility, bioburden, endotoxin, and environmental monitoring.
• Perform microbiology laboratory assays when needed.
• Maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom behaviors.
• Ensure testing per SOPs, validated methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and verify microbiological data and records for ALCOA+ data integrity.
• Ensure equipment and reagents are calibrated and within expiry.
• Maintain inspection-ready documentation and support audits.
