Job summary

TOPGUM PHARMA INC in Copiague, NY is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure product quality by applying GMP, validating processes, and maintaining documentation. This role operates in a GMP production area with standing for long periods.

You will test raw materials, in-process and finished products, support corrective actions, and maintain QC records. The position requires a diploma in Food Science, HACCP knowledge, and strong attention to detail, with a 12-hour shift and permanent

Qualifications

• This role requires a diploma in Food Science or a related field.
• HACCP knowledge and food safety training are required.
• Experience with QA/QC in GMP manufacturing is preferred.
• Prior food manufacturing QA experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Non-conforming products are controlled and corrective actions are taken.
• Production areas consistently follow GMP standards.
• Equipment and environmental monitoring are properly maintained.
• QC records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
