Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong reading, writing and communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the team and manage scheduling.
• Enforce clean room procedures and GMP compliance.
• Troubleshoot machinery and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
• Set production and quality standards with management and control budgets.
• Develop SOPs and improve operating methods to reduce downtime.
• Plan production priorities and inspect equipment for performance.
