Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Production Operator to support multiple areas of the plant, ensuring efficient production aligned with GMP and customer specs. The role involves handling packaging, processing, and documentation while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and experience in manufacturing or related fields. Forklift operations may be required along with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Stable work history in agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow written/verbal instruction and communicate effectively with personnel.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and SQF procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work in various areas of production workflow including dumping, grinding, processing.
• Packaging and finishing.
• Operate forklifts and/or pallet jacks as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleanup activities per safety guidelines.
• Record data and paperwork per GMP/HACCP procedures.
